NMX Account : One Account for All New Media XP Apps
One account for all New Media XP apps: your purchases, balances and progress, on every device where you sign in.
The NMX Account is the account that our apps and websites share. It keeps what you buy in our apps, your in-app balances such as coins, and your progress, so they are there on your phone, your tablet and your computer, and when you get a new device.
There is no password to make up or remember. You sign in with an account you already have, such as Apple, Google or Discord, and we never see your password for it.
How it works
- Guest first: when an app first needs an account, for example to record a purchase, it makes a guest account for you without asking you to sign in. A guest account lives on one device.
- Sign in when you like: signing in is optional. When you do, your guest account becomes a full account that you can use on any device, with everything it already had.
- Your purchases go with you: what you buy in our apps belongs to your account, so it works wherever you sign in. A purchase from the App Store or Google Play can also be restored on a new device.
- More than one way in: add another sign-in method to the same account, for example Google as well as Apple, and sign in with either.
- Devices without a browser: on a TV or a console, the app shows a short code. Enter it at id.newmediaxp.com/link (opens in a new tab) on your phone or computer, and the device signs in.
Your account page
Your account page is at id.newmediaxp.com (opens in a new tab). There you can:
- see your Account ID and your sign-in methods, add another one or remove one
- see what you have in each app, and everything you've bought
- see where you're signed in, and sign out a device you no longer use
- delete your account
Your data
The account keeps only what it needs: a random Account ID, your sign-in methods with the ID each provider gives us for you, the devices you're signed in on, and what you have in each app. Our privacy policy (opens in a new tab) says what we keep, why, who else is involved and for how long. Using the account means agreeing to its terms of service (opens in a new tab).
You can delete your NMX Account on your account page or in one of our apps. That removes your sign-in methods, cloud saves and balances in every New Media XP app, and it can't be undone. A store subscription keeps billing until you cancel it in the store.
